            Breastfeeding is the best source of milk for the baby because it gives protein and nutrients to the baby. The mother should be careful for giving milk like the milk of animals because the milk is for animals only. The breastfeed of the mother is very important to the baby. It give also vitamins to give energy to the baby and fast to grow.
            "Isulong ang breastfeeding TAMT,SAPAT at EKSKLUSIBO" this means the mother should give the best milk for the baby.

          Mr.President please help our school because our school have a problem to our school supplies like books and facilities. I hope that you will help our school problems. Our school ISNHS are lacks of  books and f acilities and also the problems of many students.
